Let’s nurture our bodies in this time of social distancing, get out, get social and get together to move our bodies, mind and soul.
JSX and Krakti are combining their expertise to bring the best of both worlds to create a beautiful Barre, Yoga and meditation experience. They are happy to bring joy and happiness to all fit lovers together.
Get out sessions combines the cardio benefits of fitness exercises to burn calories. We are strengthening, toning and sculpting our bodies at the Barre which will give us that extra burn. Then, we will release and lengthen our muscles with a flexibility sequence of mobility Yoga. Followed by a beautiful meditation to lift our spirits to end our session.
Our programme :
10 min warm-up
30 min Barre
30 min mobility Yoga
15 min of relaxation & meditation (optional)
We start with a 10 minute warm-up led by Joyce – from JSX Studio to get our hearts pumping and focus on cardio, agility and coordination. During the Barre session, Joyce guides us through a 30-minute Barre Burn. A combination of Ballet, Pilates focusing on sculpting and toning our legs, abs and booty!
Halfway through the workout, we switch it up. Nancy – from KRAKTI will guide us with a few poses of Mobility Yoga to increase our flexibility and get the most out of our warmed-up muscles. It will be TOUGH! but we will do it TOGETHER. We will make use of this momentum to stretch those muscles and create freedom in our bodies!
It’s the best of both worlds and it’s the perfect way to try both Barre and Yoga for the first time! Better yet, we enjoy the natural beauty of Oosterpark.
