In this Barre workout, we use resistance bands. Resistance bands are easy to work with and very functional. Ideal for strength training because the user is not only working with the resistance of the band but also working against their own body weight. Wrap the band around the barre on yourself to execute movement held on each extremity. It’s one of our favourite pieces of equipment to use on the Barre!
